About the role
- Management of the casino portfolio
- Running tests, obtaining results, and performing detailed analysis on the success and impact of product improvements
- Ensuring compliance alignment of the casino catalog for the UK, IOM, and Estonian licenses
- Ensuring games configuration (bet limits, bonus contributions, thumbnails, etc.) and that all game-related regulations and requirements are met
- Addressing product-related questions and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with developers, CRM, and tech teams based on feedback received from partners
- Working closely with Customer Support and handling Customer Service escalations
- Collaborating with managers across the company to define and manage gaming platforms and product features
- Handling ad-hoc requests and taking full ownership of tasks
- Undertaking other reasonable duties as established by the department
- Monitoring game performance across markets and platforms, identifying underperforming titles and optimisation opportunities
- Managing relationships with game providers, including releases, issue resolution, and asset delivery
- Ensuring accurate and appealing game display across front-end placements, categories, and recommendation areas
- Reviewing and validating game assets (thumbnails, descriptions, tags) prior to publishing
- Supporting marketing and CRM with game-related campaigns, promotional setups, bonus features, and new releases
- Tracking KPIs related to game performance, player engagement, and revenue contribution
- Participating in planning and discussions for new platform features, providing insights based on data and user behaviour
- Assisting in QA for new games, new features, and platform updates
- Managing error logs, identifying recurring issues, and escalating to engineering or providers where needed
- Ensuring proper tagging, categorisation, and metadata consistency across all regions and licenses
- Conducting regular audits of the casino catalog, configurations, and compliance status
- Supporting internal teams during major releases, content migrations, and provider transitions
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting
- Proven track record within the online casino industry (highly beneficial)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven and detail-oriented
- Solid understanding of Slots, Live Casino, Instant Games, Bingo, and other gaming ecosystems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proactive, organised, capable of multitasking and taking initiative
- API integration knowledge is highly preferable
