About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing & selecting candidates to extending job offers
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across international and Russian-speaking job markets
- Post vacancies on relevant local and international job boards
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas
- Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
- Ensure positive candidate experience and strong employer branding
Requirements
- Fluent Russian and English (both spoken and written)
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within iGaming, IT, Fintech, or Digital Marketing
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct search, networking)
- Experience with ATS software
- Experience recruiting for technical and digital roles will be a plus
- High level of ownership, proactivity, and decision-making capability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, scaling environment
