About the role

  • Support the company's hiring efforts
  • Using the company’s Applicant Tracking System, filter and respond to candidate applications
  • Actively source passive candidates
  • Maintain data integrity and that ensure all candidates are appropriately tracked in the ATS
  • Foster an excellent candidate experience
  • Manage social media and branding efforts
  • Partner with hiring managers and leaders - building best practices for hiring together!
  • Assist with the new hire and onboarding process as needed

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Recruiting preferably at a high-growth startup
  • Experience using a recruiting Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
  • You are impact oriented with a "get things done" mentality
  • You have excellent attention to detail and a flawless customer service skills
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • You are service and people-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
