Senior Systems Engineer

• Manage the full planning, scope definition, design, and operational management of all cellular system projects at MuTC per PWS Section 3.9
• Perform overall RF Spectrum Engineering and management for the MuTC range environment, including spectrum baseline development and ongoing deconfliction
• Coordinate all spectrum requests through applicable state and federal entities, including FCC STA applications and NTIA/DoD spectrum coordination processes
• Conduct and maintain spectrum baselines for MuTC and perform continuous spectrum monitoring and local deconfliction in support of all TTE events
• Manage cellular network infrastructure including base station configuration, core network administration, and subscriber management for the Cybertropolis private cellular network
• Support multi-domain operations requiring RF/EW integration by coordinating spectrum assignments, interference mitigation, and frequency deconfliction across all active range systems

Cellular/Radio Frequency Engineer

• Oversee day-to-day execution of all MACC-TTE program activities including operation, maintenance, and incremental development of cyber range capabilities per PWS Section 3.9.
• Manage and provide comprehensive MACC-TTE customer support for all testing, training, and experimentation events, from pre-event planning through after-action reporting.
• Integrate sponsor and customer requirements into comprehensive management plans, event execution timelines, and resource allocation frameworks.
• Establish responsibilities, control project budgets and schedules, and ensure all program deliverables are met on time and within cost per PWS Sections 3.1 and 3.2.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, customers, and external agencies during all normal duty hours at the installation per PWS Section 3.9.
• Supervise and direct all on-site contractor staff in the absence of or in coordination with the Program Manager.

• Lead and manage the National Guard Patriot Training Program (PTP) supporting the 263d AAMDC and Air Defense Artillery Brigades in South Carolina, Ohio, and Florida.
• Provide senior-level advisory support to government leadership on Integrated Air and Missile Defense operational planning, system employment, and training strategy.
• Serve as the lead subject matter expert for AMD operational concepts, defense design analysis, and mission planning supporting National Guard and joint force training objectives.
• Develop, maintain, and instruct Programs of Instruction (POI) for Air and Missile Defense operations, including Patriot system employment, defense design, and integrated battle management.
