About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C#.NET, VB.NET, WPF, and XAML
  • Build and enhance web applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, Angular, HTML, CSS, Typescript, and Tailwind
  • Write clean, maintainable, object‑oriented code following established patterns and principles
  • Participate in daily remote team meetings and collaborate asynchronously throughout the day
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the team informed
  • Contribute to secure development practices aligned with government cybersecurity requirements
  • Use Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and CI/CD workflows
  • Deploy applications to Windows, Linux, and Azure cloud environments
  • Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
  • Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts and principles
  • Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical teammates
  • Possess the ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
  • Working knowledge of computer systems and understanding of Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office software
  • Comfortable learning new languages, frameworks, and tools when needed
  • Resides within commuting distance for occasional on‑site collaboration
  • Successful candidate may be required to travel, both domestic and international; possessing a USA passport or having the ability to obtain one is required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
