About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using C#.NET, VB.NET, WPF, and XAML
- Build and enhance web applications using C#.NET, ASP.NET, Angular, HTML, CSS, Typescript, and Tailwind
- Write clean, maintainable, object‑oriented code following established patterns and principles
- Participate in daily remote team meetings and collaborate asynchronously throughout the day
- Work independently with minimal supervision while keeping the team informed
- Contribute to secure development practices aligned with government cybersecurity requirements
- Use Azure DevOps for project management, version control, and CI/CD workflows
- Deploy applications to Windows, Linux, and Azure cloud environments
- Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and reliability
Requirements
What you’ll need- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical/engineering discipline with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts and principles
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical teammates
- Possess the ability to recognize and analyze problems, conduct research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations
- Working knowledge of computer systems and understanding of Windows-based personal computers and Microsoft Office software
- Comfortable learning new languages, frameworks, and tools when needed
- Resides within commuting distance for occasional on‑site collaboration
- Successful candidate may be required to travel, both domestic and international; possessing a USA passport or having the ability to obtain one is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Clearance
