• Own inbound and outbound sourcing for Sales roles across multiple levels
• Conduct phone screens with candidates to assess alignment with their skills and the role requirements
• Manage scheduling and extending offers to qualified candidates
• Analyze recruiting data and pipeline metrics to make recommendations on sourcing strategies, vendor usage, and process improvements
• Create, manage, and refresh job postings across external job boards and sourcing platforms
• Partner with Sales leadership and Training teams on workforce planning, ramp timelines, and hiring readiness
