About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy of Torch’s marketplace and new products to drive growth and brand awareness:
- Manage, hire and mentor a best-in-class marketing team that is customer and data obsessed
- Own and optimize marketing KPIs and budget allocation across all channels
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Operations to drive demand and customer acquisition
- Spearhead brand positioning and communication initiatives that resonate with our customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- A proven marketing leader with experience in high-growth environments (marketplace or B2B SaaS preferred)
- Strong analytical and data skills with experience leading a data driven team
- Expertise in demand generation, brand marketing, content and growth marketing
- Adept at using AI tools to drive a creative, personalized a high velocity marketing
- Strong leader with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- 10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience
