IT Support

• Handle day-to-day IT operations support and troubleshooting, manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, provision and manage user accounts across systems, administer mobile device management using Kandji, and oversee Google Workspace administration and optimization.
• Design, build and maintain scalable custom integrations and automations leveraging SaaS REST APIs, low code platforms like Retool and Tray.io, cloud deployed solutions in Google Cloud and AWS (Python and/or Javascript), and data stores (SQL/Redshift) for rapid development.
• Enable business teams to leverage AI solutions (Gemini, OpenAI, etc.), help teams identify opportunities to automate processes and assist in planning and building of Gemini Gems, Custom GPTs, and AI powered workflows.
• Partner directly with teams across the organization to identify operational inefficiencies, translate business requirements into technical solutions, act as both product manager and engineer for internal automation projects, present solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders, and serve as an internal consultant to business teams on applying AI and automation to real-world use cases.
• Act as the first line of technical support by investigating and reproducing issues (Datadog, SQL, Ruby console), providing clear documentation of root causes, resolving bugs, authoring PRs, and deploying fixes to production; build self-service tools and automations to reduce repeat issues; partner with product and engineering to ensure long-term solutions.
