About the role
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Ability to assess customer needs, provide quotes and schedule work
- Coordinating work flows between sales and production
- Data entry into our HubSpot CRM
- Schedule inbound and outbound vehicle deliveries
- Perform customer service functions to support wholesale and retail customers
- Ability to be hands on and work in a fast paced environment
- Assist with quality control and final inspections
Requirements
- 3+ years of prior customer service experience or equivalent required
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google suites
- Exceptional work ethic and accountability
- Ability to provide high level customer service and satisfaction
