• Support the planning and rollout of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, PR, outdoor, activation).
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and reports to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Draft creative and technical briefs for internal teams and monitor progress.
• Coordinate content production and approvals with designers, copywriters, and digital specialists.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all campaign assets.
• Serve as a daily contact point for clients and assist senior team members in managing accounts.
• Participate in meetings, take notes, prepare follow-ups, and ensure next steps are clear.
• Contribute to presentations, campaign summaries, and post-project reports.
• Help ensure client requests are translated accurately into actionable tasks.
• Assist with copywriting, campaign scheduling, and content planning for digital channels.
• Track performance metrics and assist in preparing reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Research campaign trends, media opportunities, and benchmarks for creative improvement.
• Support internal communication between design, production, and marketing teams.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and logistics for campaign-related activities.
• Help maintain organised records, shared folders, and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com).
