About the role
- Work 100% remotely on challenging projects with large clients in a collaborative environment.
- Map new-hire onboarding processes and translate them into requirements for Onboarding 2.0.
- Configure, parameterize, and test the module in SuccessFactors.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders and HR.
- Work on implementation, rollout, and continuous improvement projects.
- Produce functional and training documentation.
- Assist the support team with incident resolution.
- Contribute to best practices and solution standardization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant with a focus on Onboarding 2.0.
- Experience in implementation or enhancement projects for HR cloud modules.
- Knowledge of hiring processes, pre-onboarding, and new-employee integration.
- Ability to lead meetings with business stakeholders and IT.
- Conversational English for technical reading and interaction with SAP documentation/portals.
- Availability to work under CLT employment regime (Brazil), remote model.
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 certification.
- Experience with other modules (Recruiting, Employee Central, etc.).
- Previous experience in consulting firms or multicultural projects.
- Advanced English for conversations with global teams.
