Own and manage the general ledger across all domestic and international entities
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
Oversee foreign currency accounting and multi-entity consolidations
Support accounting requirements related to complex debt transactions
Ensure GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
Serve as the internal NetSuite expert (Oracle NetSuite experience required)
Lead optimization and expansion of NetSuite during transition from QuickBooks
Manage and develop 2–3 direct reports
Partner with leadership to provide clean, reliable financial reporting
Help build the accounting infrastructure for international operations

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on general ledger experience
Proven experience preparing journal entries (not just reviewing others’ work)
Strong GAAP technical accounting knowledge
Direct Oracle NetSuite experience (expert level required)
Experience in multi-entity environments
High attention to detail and accuracy
