About the role
- Manage relationships with potential distributors
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth
- Ensure effective market distribution of our products
- Identify and research new distributors and partnership opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience selling distribution products
- Strong track record in distribution product sales
- Demonstrated management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets through distribution networks
- Good interpersonal relationship management
- Strong leadership qualities
- Solid ability to analyze sales-related data
- Ability to synthesize information
- Excellent ability to work independently
- Experience working with remote teams
- Knowledge of the Construction sector and/or Machine Control would be a significant advantage
- Candidate must be fluent in French
- Knowledge of English is a real advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
