About the role
- Manage relationships with prospective distributors
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Drive revenue growth
- Ensure effective distribution of our products in the market
- Identify and pursue new distributors and partnership opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide regular reports to management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience selling distribution products
- Strong experience in distribution product sales
- Proven management skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets through distribution networks
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to establish and nurture relationships with distribution partners and end customers
- Demonstrated leadership qualities
- Good ability to analyze sales-related data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
