About the role
- Independently manage and administer complex global health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and voluntary benefits programs across multiple regions
- Lead benefits activities associated with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including program assessment, transition planning, data analysis, and implementation support
- Partner with regional HR teams to adapt global benefits frameworks to local requirements while maintaining program consistency and integrity
- Conduct advanced cost, utilization, and trend analysis; develop recommendations to improve program efficiency, competitiveness, and employee value
- Act as a subject matter resource for global benefits compliance, supporting audits, filings, and regulatory reviews across multiple jurisdictions
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, employee experience, and market competitiveness
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and analysis
- Experience supporting employee benefits through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or organizational integrations
- Advanced knowledge of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, complex renewals, and compliance activities
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability; experience developing senior-level reporting and insights
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
