About the role
- Providing administrative support to the training team
- Scheduling training sessions, handling logistics, and maintaining training materials
- Assisting trainers during training sessions and commercial events
- Ensuring that the training activities are delivered smoothly at all times
Requirements
- Degree or current enrolment in a university program in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Communications, Events, Education, or similar
- Prior experience in an administrative or support role preferred
- Experience in a training environment preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in media and content creation, including photo and video creation/editing and social media usage – required
- Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
