• Improve funnel efficiency — optimize from MQL → SQL → Closed, control CAC, and increase ROI per marketing dollar
• Build high-volume, high-quality thought leadership, blog posts, executive LinkedIn content, reports, and more using generative tools
• Integrate The Shelf’s core strength — connect creators to demand, repurpose creator content, enable allowlisting, and embed influence into acquisition strategies
• Manage paid media (search, social, display), SEO/content-led acquisition, partnership channels, and optimization
• Scale Shelftopia and live events into content machines. Repurpose panels, keynotes, and moments into funnel inputs
• Define metrics, build dashboards, run experiments, and optimize channels across the funnel
• Co-own pipeline goals with Sales; drive alignment through growth meetings and collaboration
• Own the Marketing budget and P&L: prioritize channels, shift spend dynamically, and measure ROI
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance marketing team (internal + agency)
• Serve as the internal “market voice” — translate campaign and sales insights into messaging, positioning, and strategic adjustments
• Report to executive leadership on performance, forecasts, growth strategy, and brand health

• Continuously explore and apply innovative AI-driven processes to elevate proposals and client deliverables
• Support initiatives around trendspotting and creator discovery using AI

• Be the senior strategic partner for priority accounts—setting vision, frameworks, and testing agendas that ladder to client KPIs
• Architect multi-channel creator ecosystems and content architectures that align platform algorithms with brand goals
• Shape and present high-impact POVs to C-suite and Executive stakeholders
• Simplify complexity into crisp stories and decisions
• Drive renewals and expansions with clear hypotheses, measurement plans, and ROI narratives
• Build a social-first insights hub that transforms cultural signals and audience data into actionable creative direction
• Leverage social listening, audience intelligence, and platform analytics to spark ideas that influence campaign concepts and creator casting
• Leverage AI-powered systems to accelerate trendspotting, creative ideation, and content intelligence
• Define creator selection rubrics and brand-safe guardrails; champion inclusive casting and community-led creative
• Decode algorithmic shifts and cultural signals into actionable creative and channel bets
• Manage and mentor a team of strategists and analysts
• Set standards for writing, storytelling, and visual craft
• Resource plan across accounts; scope, price, and forecast strategy work in partnership with Account Management and Ops
