Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–8 years experience in strategy, insights, consumer research, influencer marketing, or similar
  • A strong writer and storyteller who brings clarity to complexity
  • Curious, proactive, and scrappy—you love turning noise into signal
  • Familiar with tools like Infegy, YouGov, SparkToro, TikTok Creative Center, Reddit, ChatGPT
  • Strong with Google Slides or PowerPoint
  • Bonus: Trend forecasting, creator discovery, or early-stage AI experience
  • Bonus: Experience at a startup, creative agency, or marketing-tech company
  • Major Bonus: Strong visual design skills
