About the role
- Build, execute and optimize demand generation campaigns across key channels (paid media, email, inbound and marketing automation)
- Translate strategic priorities into structured campaign execution within Salesforce and Pardot
- Support lead generation, nurturing and funnel progression initiatives aligned with regional goals
- Ensure campaigns are executed with strong operational discipline and clear performance tracking
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance across channels, identifying insights and optimization opportunities
- Establish performance baselines and support continuous improvement through testing and experimentation
- Use data and performance frameworks to improve conversion rates, lead quality and funnel efficiency
- Apply AI tools and modern marketing technologies to improve execution efficiency and insight generation
- Ensure reliable and consistent use of marketing systems and processes (Salesforce, Pardot, paid media platforms)
- Maintain campaign structure, data accuracy and operational hygiene to support scalable execution
- Support reporting and performance reviews with accurate and timely data
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution and handover to sales
- Support the execution of field marketing initiatives and in-person events in the US market
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
- Support post-event lead follow-up and integration into marketing and sales workflows
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hands-on B2B marketing, demand generation or performance marketing roles
- Proven experience executing and optimizing campaigns across paid media, email and marketing automation channels
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Pardot preferred; similar platforms acceptable)
- Experience with paid media platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into optimization actions
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, execution-focused environment
- Fluent English required
- Spanish desirable (preferred)
- Experience supporting field marketing initiatives, events and vendor coordination is a plus
