About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our customers who get in touch by phone or e-mail.
- Through extensive training and a comprehensive onboarding program, you will become an expert on our tent products.
- With this expertise you advise customers and support them in their purchasing decisions.
- Within the team you discuss the latest market trends and exchange information about customer needs – your excellent service makes the difference!
- You record and maintain customer data in our ERP system SAP.
Requirements
- You have native-level German.
- You enjoy interacting with people and present yourself in a friendly and communicative manner.
- You take pleasure in advising and selling and have a strong service orientation.
- Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP.
