About the role
- Shape the global IT operations of the TOOLPORT group
- Overall responsibility for IT operations (focus on M365) & IT Service Management
- Ensure availability, redundancy and continuous development of the IT infrastructure (hybrid / cloud)
- Lead and develop the five-person IT Operations team
- Plan and implement software and hardware roadmaps
- Manage external service providers and define and monitor SLAs & KPIs
- Drive and actively embody a sustainable service culture
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or application management
- Strong expertise in cloud, security, networking, firewall management, infrastructure and ITIL
- Experience with agile methodologies and strategic thinking
- Business-fluent German and good English
- Experience in an international context is advantageous
