About the role
- Drive excellence and cohesion across the global Operations organization
- Serve as partner, advisor, and execution lead for key operational areas
- Translate global operations strategy into concrete, actionable initiatives
- Coordinate and track key initiatives across global operations teams
- Support planning cycles, performance reviews, and priority tracking
- Structure complex topics using data and operational insights
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Commercial, and Customer Experience (CX)
- Align with leaders across Quality, Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, and IT
- Identify and remove cross-team dependencies and roadblocks
- Support interactions with key suppliers and partners
- Support rollout and adoption of digital tools across operations
- Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives within supply chain and manufacturing
- Collaborate with IT and Data teams on analytics, automation, and GenAI use cases
- Prepare operational dashboards, reports, and executive presentations
- Track core KPIs (delivery, cost, quality, customer impact)
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional COO projects end-to-end
- Support transformation initiatives with structured tracking of progress and risks
- Enable change adoption through communication and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in operations, supply chain, consulting, or strategy roles within the toy, consumer electronics, or consumer goods industries
- Proven track record in program management, cross-functional coordination, and advising at the executive level
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High proficiency in data analysis, business case development, and KPI tracking
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Experience working in international, multicultural environments with distributed teams
- Fluent in English; German is highly desirable
