About the role

  • Define and continuously evolve the strategic direction for the People team
  • Own and drive the portfolio of People initiatives and products
  • Lead the People team to fall in love with the problem, not the solution
  • Partner with senior leadership to embed strategic initiatives across all functions
  • Advance data-driven decision-making by sustaining and evolving a robust people analytics infrastructure
  • Promote and develop “PowerSkills” within the team
  • Leverage technology and automation to scale, personalize, and enhance the impact of People products and services
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and iteration

Requirements

  • Strategic mindset with proven experience aligning people strategy to business objectives
  • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, organizational transformation, or agile execution within People teams or related fields
  • Strong change leadership skills, including experience in driving process improvements and cultural shifts
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
  • Comfort with digital tools supporting strategy and analytics (e.g., Productboard, Miro, or similar)
  • Ability to build strong relationships across C-level, senior leadership and People teams
  • Interest in technology as an enabler of people-centered solutions
  • Outstanding public speaking and communication skills
  • Certifications in PMO, Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum are a plus but not mandatory
