About the role
- Own and scale the execution of complex AI data projects across a major client portfolio or service vertical
- Focus on operational excellence and flawless delivery
- Partner with Business Development team to drive revenue growth through exceptional client outcomes
- Ensure delivery exceeds client expectations on quality, while hitting timeline and gross margin targets
- Manage gross margin targets across project portfolio, optimizing delivery efficiency and resource allocation
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and develop new approaches to enhance execution quality
- Manage client relationships during project execution, ensuring smooth communication and addressing delivery challenges
Requirements
- Deep understanding of AI and GenAI: technology and market trends, basic knowledge of statistics, ML and data science
- Industry experience: worked in tech, startups, or as a founder
- Background in STEM: BS or MS in computer science, maths, physics, etc.
- Experience with Robotics, RL Gyms, or off-the-shelf datasets would be a big advantage
- Strong consulting toolkit, ideally with at least two years in top-3 consultancy reaching Engagement Manager or equivalent
