• Own and scale execution of complex AI data projects across a major client portfolio or service vertical
• Ensure every delivery exceeds client expectations on quality while hitting timeline and gross margin targets
• Manage gross margin targets across project portfolios, optimizing delivery efficiency and resource allocation
• Partner closely with Business Development to scope new opportunities and structure project proposals
• Direct delivery teams and project managers, stepping in as hands-on DPM when needed
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and develop new approaches to enhance execution quality
• Manage client relationships during project execution, ensuring smooth communication and addressing delivery challenges
