About the role
- Support the day‑to‑day management of air freight shipments
- Provide accurate documentation and timely customer updates
- Effective coordination across internal teams and external partners
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and provide shipment updates
- Support air freight operations and documentation
- Maintain accurate shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1)
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet service and delivery requirements
- Assist with cargo pick‑up, delivery, invoicing, and related administrative tasks
- Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate to meet service standards
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in air freight customer service or operations
- A good understanding of air freight processes and regulations (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with freight systems such as CargoWise One preferred
- Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines
- Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and team‑oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
