About the role

  • Lead complex consultative sales by identifying pain points and opportunities with enterprise clients, building business cases, and aligning those needs with our Payment Relationship Management (PRM) platform.
  • Act as the technical and strategic payments advisor for Brazil, feeding product and leadership with insights from the local market.
  • Manage the full customer journey — from diagnosis to implementation — ensuring the solution is successfully integrated and delivers the expected results.
  • Serve as Toku’s ambassador to CFOs, heads of departments, and decision-makers, ensuring an impeccable experience throughout sales and early post-sales stages.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: discovery, diagnosis, demo, proposal, negotiation, closing, and implementation follow-up.
  • Plan conversion strategies and prioritize accounts in collaboration with the BDR team.
  • Prepare business cases that quantify ROI and the impact on financial efficiency.
  • Map decision-makers and stakeholders in complex accounts with multiple areas involved (finance, technology, product, operations).
  • Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth and successful client handover.
  • Provide product team with feedback on integrations, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of the commercial pitch and go-to-market strategies in the country.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive in complex B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, or payments).
  • Experience: 5–7 years in consultative sales and/or the technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases and ROI models for enterprise clients.
  • Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, BANT, etc.).
  • Genuine curiosity and growth mindset — someone who constantly studies the market, the product, and the customers.
  • Full ownership: you see yourself as the owner of the accounts, delivery, and results.
  • Ability to adapt to rapid change and thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
  • Pluses: experience with payment methods, integrations (ERP, gateways, CRMs), APIs, or fintechs.
  • Languages: advanced Spanish and/or English for communication with global teams.
Benefits
  • Stock options.
  • 6 weeks of paid vacation.
  • Flexible remote work, with the expectation that our best ideas happen together — you will be required to be in the office at least 60% of the time.
  • Company MacBook provided; after 1 year it becomes yours and does not need to be returned.
  • Career development budget: USD 500 per year for books, online courses, or to invite an industry expert to lunch.
  • Alice health plan with no co-pay.
  • Quarterly USD 500 office travel bonuses awarded for working from our Chile or Mexico offices.
  • Office located at WeWork, Avenida Naciones Unidas 12995.
