About the role
- Provide hands-on technical support in a large international enterprise environment
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and support of end-user computing hardware and software
- Work directly with end users to assess hardware and software needs
- Utilize automation and remote management tools to deploy software and updates
- Support desktop imaging processes and maintain standardized build images
- Provide timely, professional support for end users experiencing hardware, software, or connectivity issues
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program with a related major
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) preferred
