About the role
- Own go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for product launches, feature releases, and market expansions.
- Define positioning and messaging: Craft clear, differentiated messaging grounded in ICP insights, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
- Enable revenue growth: Partner with Sales to deliver tools, content, and training that drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and win rates.
- Act as the voice of the market: Synthesize market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product and marketing strategy.
- Lead cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure cohesive and effective execution.
- Support external presence: Represent Togetherwork in customer meetings, industry events, analyst briefings, and speaking engagements.
- Leverage data and AI: Use analytics and AI tools to optimize campaigns, scale content creation, and improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within SaaS or vertical software environments
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies that drive measurable revenue impact
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and external audiences
- Deep understanding of customer segmentation, ICP development, and competitive positioning
- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging metrics, insights, and analytics to guide decisions
- Experience partnering closely with Sales to drive enablement and revenue outcomes
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness
- Comfort serving as a public-facing spokesperson, including media, analysts, and events
