About the role

  • Serve as the primary owner and administrator of Greenhouse
  • Maintain clean, accurate, audit-ready ATS data
  • Configure new requisitions and interview workflows
  • Build and maintain scorecards and stage structures
  • Implement and optimize new Greenhouse features and automation
  • Conduct monthly data audits and system cleanups
  • Build dashboards and reporting views for leadership
  • Ensure compliance with structured hiring practices
  • Train hiring managers and recruiters on proper Greenhouse usage
  • Enforce timely feedback submission and complete scorecards
  • Review scorecard quality and alignment with role requirements
  • Join intake/kickoff calls and document structured summaries
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure process discipline across all verticals
  • Support sourcing for hard-to-fill and technical roles
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean strategies
  • Build targeted pipelines for engineering and specialized roles
  • Manage background check initiation and tracking
  • Ensure offer templates and compensation data are accurate
  • Support offer generation and data entry
  • Track and manage employee referral documentation and payouts
  • Partner with HR on onboarding coordination as needed
  • Support interview scheduling for select roles
  • Ensure candidate logistics are executed seamlessly

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting operations experience
  • Strong Greenhouse experience (configuration and workflow ownership required)
  • Experience in SaaS or technology environments preferred
  • Demonstrated success in technical sourcing (backend, data, DevOps preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Comfort enforcing process standards across stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a high-rigor, high-velocity environment
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
  • Comfort working extended hours when business demands require it.
