- Full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer
- Technical searches across backend, data, and DevOps roles
- Intake calibration with senior Product and Engineering leaders
- Proactive sourcing strategy beyond inbound applicants
- Structured interview alignment and debrief management
- Accurate and disciplined ATS workflow management
- Weekly stakeholder updates and hiring progress reporting
- Candidate experience from first touch through close
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS or technology environments
- Demonstrated success hiring technical talent (Backend, Data, DevOps)
- Experience recruiting across multiple verticals (technical + business functions)
- Proven ability to manage 10–15 concurrent requisitions
- Strong sourcing capability using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Experience operating in fast-paced, PE-backed or high-growth environments
- High personal accountability and operational discipline
- Clear, concise communication style
- Comfort operating independently in a remote environment
