About the role
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
- Build and maintain campaigns, ad groups, keyword lists, and negative keyword strategies
- Develop and test ad copy, extensions, and creative assets
- Execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance and conversion rates
- Optimize bidding strategies and campaign structure to maximize ROI
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Tableau
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
- Monitor search term data and recommend optimizations
- Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards
- Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
- Track performance against KPIs and recommend adjustments
- Partner with paid media team members to support campaign execution and reporting
- Assist with campaign maintenance, data pulls, and performance enhancements
- Stay current on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and paid search campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
- Experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads
- Strong understanding of keyword research, negative keyword management, and bidding strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
