About the role

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Build and maintain campaigns, ad groups, keyword lists, and negative keyword strategies
  • Develop and test ad copy, extensions, and creative assets
  • Execute A/B testing strategies to improve performance and conversion rates
  • Optimize bidding strategies and campaign structure to maximize ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor search term data and recommend optimizations
  • Develop and maintain performance reports and dashboards
  • Monitor campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend
  • Track performance against KPIs and recommend adjustments
  • Partner with paid media team members to support campaign execution and reporting
  • Assist with campaign maintenance, data pulls, and performance enhancements
  • Stay current on Google Ads updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and paid search campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads / Bing Ads
  • Strong understanding of keyword research, negative keyword management, and bidding strategies
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
