About the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, providing updates, and ensuring clear communication.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and work with the sales & marketing team to expand accounts and increase revenue.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to showcase company capabilities and project progress.
- Gather client feedback and work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and meet client expectations.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Analyse client needs and market trends to provide insights for improving service offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project progress, and account management activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship management and project management, ideally within the architectural visualisation, real estate, or design industries.
- Strong understanding of project workflows for 3D visualisation, animation, and immersive environments
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience working with international clients, especially in high-end real estate, architecture, or development sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
- Knowledge of architectural visualisation software (such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, or Unreal Engine) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Design, or a related field preferred.
