Account Manager

• Lead Brave’s global online safety campaign, ensuring it is survivor-informed and coalition-based
• Design and oversee campaign strategy to amplify survivor voices and influence commitments to digital platform accountability
• Lead the establishment of the Safe Tech Survivor Council and finalize its concept
• Recruit and onboard council members through an inclusive process
• Coordinate partnerships with technology companies and allies
• Lead advocacy initiatives to raise awareness of digital safety
• Oversee project management and budget for all campaign components
• Track and report on project accomplishments and evaluate campaign performance

• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support for a distributed global team (e.g., scheduling, onboarding coordination, maintaining trackers, preparing documentation)
• Maintain and organize employee records in BambooHR
• Assist with HR reporting, data entry, and audits.
• Work with the Director of HR & Strategic Engagement to define organizational training needs
• Support the creation of a light-lift system to track training using BambooHR
• Draft, format, and design training materials
• Conduct benchmarking research on best practices for learning in small, global nonprofits.
• Contribute to engagement initiatives such as newsletters, recognition programs, and staff surveys
• Support culture-building activities for a global and multicultural workforce
• Draft and post job descriptions
• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
• Support onboarding logistics, including preparing welcome materials

Human Resources Intern

Translator

• Serve as a “one-stop shop” providing copyediting, design, and translation for externally facing documents, reports, and factsheets
• Deliver between 10 and 20 copyediting, design, and/or translation projects across Together for Girls’ four initiatives
• Work under a two-year master agreement with individual projects defined by work orders specifying scope, timeframe, and budget
• Translate from English into African French, Latin American Spanish, and Swahili, using preferred terminology related to violence against children
• Copyedit documents for consistency, clarity, correctness, and reduced word count, following the organization’s style guide
• Design technical and advocacy reports, factsheets, and other documents using branding guidelines for each initiative
• Coordinate with the Violence Against Children and Youth Surveys, Safe Futures Hub, Out of the Shadows Index, and Brave Movement initiatives
• Maintain responsiveness across time zones and meet tight deadlines
• Accept that Together for Girls may withhold payment for services not meeting contract standards
