About the role

  • You will lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to collaborate, share expertise, and deliver 'gold standard' work on time and on budget.
  • You will play a key role in pitching and delivering world-class, immersive brand experiences for high-profile global clients.
  • You will ensure seamless live execution, target profit margins, and successful navigation of complex stakeholder relationships.
  • You will serve as the primary production lead for high-profile clients, building deep trust through precise communication, rigorous reporting, and excellent presentation delivery.

Requirements

  • Extensive track record in leading high-pressure production environments, such as experiential marketing, brand events, live entertainment, or large-scale event operations, with experience managing significant project budgets of £750k+
  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Mastery of budget management tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets) and a proven ability to maintain project profitability while delivering on high-concept creative visions.
  • Production Safety & Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of technical production workflows and a commitment to industry-standard health and safety practices.
  • Inclusive Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Experience managing diverse, multidisciplinary teams and the ability to communicate with influence when navigating complex client or internal relationships.
