Directs and oversees the organization's portfolio of projects and performance.
Manages IT solutions back-end business systems development and support, budget, team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Develops project scope, budget, and schedules; assures projects meet the organization's strategic objectives, performance targets, and needs.
Establishes measures to set productivity and quality targets and assess results for all projects.
Monitors and analyzes performance metrics and summarizes operational data.
Coordinates with leadership staff to assess and ensure performance growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Ten years of experience in project management
Six years of experience leading development and operations for Business Systems
3+ years’ experience as a Sr. Manager/Director
Proven experience with contract management and offshore vendors
Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in agile project management using Azure DevOps or Jira.
Ability to guide teams to find solutions and solve problems in projects that delivers a win-win
