About the role

  • 100% outbound prospecting to book qualified meetings for our sales team.
  • Generate interest through cold calling and other outreach methods to break into net new hotel accounts (70+ outreaches per day).
  • Schedule and confirm discovery calls, owning the process until the meeting occurs.
  • Use sales tools and research to find new contacts and build your call list.
  • Maintain persistent, organized follow-up to re-engage accounts.
  • Log all activity and update account info in Salesforce.com.
  • Partner with Hotel Account Executives to refine your target account lists and prospecting strategies.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Software/SaaS experience or other related tech space business experience in an outbound sales role.
  • Fearless and persistent on the phone.
  • A true hunter who can identify and connect with key decision-makers like owners and GMs.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated to consistently exceed daily activity goals.
  • Adaptable and able to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • High customer empathy and excellent objection-handling skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
