About the role

  • You patch in-house connections and install end-user devices for our residential and business customers.
  • You assist customers with the setup and commissioning of devices such as PCs or Smart TVs.
  • You test and troubleshoot network components in collaboration with our Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Patch and splice fiber-optic connections as needed.

Requirements

  • Technical vocational training, ideally in telecommunications or communications electronics.
  • Practical experience troubleshooting telecommunication or fiber-optic networks.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Valid Class B driver's license for driving to customer sites.
