About the role
- Provide technical support for the setup of telephone connections and Wi‑Fi.
- Act as the point of contact for customers facing various issues.
- Identify sales opportunities and manage existing customer accounts.
- Support field technicians by providing telephone-based assistance.
Requirements
- Confident user of Windows.
- Able to quickly learn processes and use digital tools.
- Enjoy interacting with customers.
- Patient and courteous manner.
- Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
- Bonus: prior technical knowledge (xDSL and fiber optics) is an advantage.
