About the role
- Field service: patch in-house connections and install end devices at customer sites
- Fault remediation: test and troubleshoot network components in coordination with the NOC
- Patch and splice fiber optic connections as required
Requirements
- Technical qualification, ideally in telecommunications or communications electronics
- Practical experience in troubleshooting telecommunications or fiber optic networks
- Driving licence class B
