About the role

  • Configure and operate network components, router and switching systems, as well as firewalls and VPNs.
  • Perform installations in the data center and at customer sites.
  • Manage, monitor and document network operations.
  • Handle incident tickets at 2nd level support.
  • Detect potential issues using available tools and initiate appropriate corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Ideally completed technical training, a technical degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP.
  • Experience with routing protocols.
  • Basic knowledge of configuring and operating access technology based on VDSL/Ethernet, or network certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA).
