About the role
- Perform manual testing of Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, preferably using ACCELQ
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business requirements
- Validate integrations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and custom objects
- Perform functional, regression, system, and UAT testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools
Requirements
- Strong experience in Salesforce testing (Manual & Automation)
- Hands-on experience with ACCELQ (preferred) or similar automation tools
- Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, flows, validation rules, and security
- Experience with API testing and data validation
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Salesforce Tester or Salesforce Admin certification (Nice to Have)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Nice to Have)
