About the role

Cloud & hybrid infrastructure: You will administer our Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments, in particular Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI/Arc, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including Conditional Access and PIM.
Server environments: You are responsible for the deployment and operation of Windows and Debian servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and print services as well as patch and update management.
Client & M365 management: You will manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, policies and compliance as well as Windows 11 clients and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
Develop backup & recovery solutions: You operate and optimize our Veeam backup environment including jobs, replication, SureBackup and restore strategies.
Network & firewall administration: You work with VLANs, routing and FortiGate firewalls, configure policies, VPN/SD‑WAN and support network operations.
Implement security measures: You manage security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon and implement measures to strengthen IT security.
Ensure monitoring & support: You operate and develop our monitoring with Checkmk, analyze incidents and support 1st–3rd level support.
Service management & documentation: You handle tickets, coordinate issues in the ticketing system and maintain documentation and process manuals.
Implement IT projects: You plan and execute IT projects, carry out hardware and software rollouts and take on (partial) project management as required.

Professional experience: Several years of experience operating and expanding large corporate IT environments.
Cloud & hybrid expertise: Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI and hybrid AD and cloud environments.
Microsoft environment: Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and client environments.
Automation with PowerShell: Confident use of PowerShell for automation, administration and troubleshooting.
Endpoint management: Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, policies and compliance management.
Networking fundamentals: Solid knowledge of VLANs, routing, firewalls and network architectures.
Structured working style & communication: Analytical, structured work and precise documentation of technical processes. Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
Mobility: Valid driving licence class B.
