Training Manager Lead

Payroll

• You will be responsible for independently preparing, executing and reviewing the monthly payroll, including all post-processing, account reconciliations and reporting, in close cooperation with Finance.
• As the main point of contact for managers and employees, you will handle onboarding and offboarding, HR ticket requests, review digital employment contracts and documents as well as absences, and prepare contract amendments, reference letters, certificates, termination notices and settlement agreements.
• You will monitor relevant deadlines (e.g. residence and work permits, enrollment certificates, retirement dates), maintain personnel data and ensure the complete and correct archiving of all personnel-related documents.
• You will monitor payroll-related KPIs and reports, derive recommendations for action and conduct regular checks to ensure error-free payroll.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external service providers, authorities and partners to ensure smooth communication.
• You will maintain and optimize process documentation, standardize digital templates and workflows, and support the payroll team by covering for absences. Our focus is on digitizing and continuously improving processes — you will actively contribute to this!

IT Support

• IT-Support: Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Mitarbeitenden im 1st & 2nd Level Support – telefonisch, per Remote oder direkt vor Ort.
• Ticket Bearbeitung: Du nimmst IT-Anfragen und Störungen im Ticketsystem auf, bearbeitest sie selbstständig und dokumentierst die Lösungen.
• Hardware einrichten: Du richtest Notebooks, Smartphones und Tablets ein, konfigurierst sie und gibst sie an unsere Kolleg:innen aus.
• Inventar verwalten: Du übernimmst Aufgaben im IT Asset Management, z. B. Wareneingang, Inventarisierung und Pflege unseres Gerätebestands.
• Microsoft 365 betreuen: Du unterstützt bei der Verwaltung unserer Microsoft-365-Umgebung (z. B. Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
• Benutzer verwalten: Du pflegst Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in unseren Systemen.
• IT-Projekte unterstützen: Du arbeitest bei kleineren Infrastruktur- und IT-Projekten mit.

IT-Expert, 1st & 2nd Support Helpdesk

Marketing

• Plan and manage retail and channel marketing activities across brick-and-mortar consumer electronics stores and e‑retail.
• Responsible for marketing budgets / marketing funds (OPEX), including planning, tracking and ROI management.
• Develop and maintain a retail marketing calendar and coordinate national campaign rollouts.
• Work closely with consumer electronics retailers and e‑retailers (co‑marketing, promotions, product placements).
• Ensure brand‑compliant presentation at the point of sale and in digital retail environments.
• Perform performance analysis and reporting based on relevant KPIs and derive optimization measures.

Retail Channel Marketing Manager

Administration

• Cloud & hybrid infrastructure: You will administer our Microsoft cloud and hybrid environments, in particular Microsoft Azure, Azure Stack HCI/Arc, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID including Conditional Access and PIM.
• Server environments: You are responsible for the deployment and operation of Windows and Debian servers, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file and print services as well as patch and update management.
• Client & M365 management: You will manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, policies and compliance as well as Windows 11 clients and Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Develop backup & recovery solutions: You operate and optimize our Veeam backup environment including jobs, replication, SureBackup and restore strategies.
• Network & firewall administration: You work with VLANs, routing and FortiGate firewalls, configure policies, VPN/SD‑WAN and support network operations.
• Implement security measures: You manage security tools such as CrowdStrike Falcon and implement measures to strengthen IT security.
• Ensure monitoring & support: You operate and develop our monitoring with Checkmk, analyze incidents and support 1st–3rd level support.
• Service management & documentation: You handle tickets, coordinate issues in the ticketing system and maintain documentation and process manuals.
• Implement IT projects: You plan and execute IT projects, carry out hardware and software rollouts and take on (partial) project management as required.
