About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels in coordination with marketing and the business units
- Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI
- Lead search engine optimization (SEO) and content marketing initiatives to improve organic search rankings
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to measure effectiveness and identify content optimization
- Create compelling digital content in collaboration with marketing managers and external agencies
- Drive a cohesive approach to updating the global and regional website in collaboration with international business marketing teams
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent via education and/or experience
- 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or a related role, such as digital marketing coordinator, marketing specialist, content marketing, email marketing, SEO/SEM, or social media marketing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Oracle Sales Cloud & Eloqua)
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms, website management and content strategy
- Demonstrated analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts
- Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility
- Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 10%, sometimes with limited notice
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Oracle Sales Cloud)
- Experience with Social Media Management Platforms (e.g. Hootsuite)
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
