About the role

  • Oversee financial strategy, FP&A, cash flow management, and global operations.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation.
  • Oversee ERP and financial systems (currently using NetSuite).
  • Lead financial reporting, investment materials, and board presentations.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance, tax regulations, and international finance requirements.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance, accounting, and FP&A team.
  • Lead a globally distributed finance function (employees in Boston, Pennsylvania, Texas, California, Mexico, Kosovo, and more).
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or similar role)
  • Proven track record of scaling a high-growth company through significant revenue expansion
  • Expertise in FP&A, cash management, and financial modeling.
  • Deep understanding of hardware/software business models and cost structures.
  • Strong operational finance experience, including international finance and tax structures.
  • Boston-based preferred, but open to top-tier remote candidates willing to travel.
