About the role
- Oversee financial strategy, FP&A, cash flow management, and global operations.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation.
- Oversee ERP and financial systems (currently using NetSuite).
- Lead financial reporting, investment materials, and board presentations.
- Ensure GAAP compliance, tax regulations, and international finance requirements.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance, accounting, and FP&A team.
- Lead a globally distributed finance function (employees in Boston, Pennsylvania, Texas, California, Mexico, Kosovo, and more).
- Work cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, or similar role)
- Proven track record of scaling a high-growth company through significant revenue expansion
- Expertise in FP&A, cash management, and financial modeling.
- Deep understanding of hardware/software business models and cost structures.
- Strong operational finance experience, including international finance and tax structures.
- Boston-based preferred, but open to top-tier remote candidates willing to travel.
