• Titan Cloud is a market-leading provider of Fuel Asset Optimization, helping some of the world’s largest convenience stores, fleets, and suppliers reduce compliance risk, lower asset maintenance costs, and increase revenue and fuel yield.\n• We serve as the enterprise software platform and system of record, connecting our clients' fuel, environment, store operations, and maintenance departments.\n• Our customers save millions annually through reduced lost sales, improved customer experiences, fuel loss mitigation, and reduced environmental reserves and fines.\n• Essential Functions:\n• Triage Zendesk tickets from assigned clients.\n• Troubleshoots and resolves Zendesk tickets for assigned clients, escalating to product or engineering team as needed.\n• Assists in Titan Modules, Setups, and Implementation for assigned clients.\n• Works closely with Account Manager to share client needs, goals, and issues for resolution.\n• Acts as main point of contact for client issues, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.\n• Performs other duties as assigned.
