• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience.
• Proactively build sustainable talent pools and nurture relationships with relevant communities and alumni.
• Partner with Marketing to elevate the LinkedIn presence, including campaigns and career pages, and act as a brand ambassador.
• Optimize ATS workflows and use recruiting metrics such as Time-to-Hire and Funnel Conversion to improve hiring performance.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to review, redesign, and elevate the candidate and employee journey.
• Partner with People Operations to refine onboarding, offboarding, and manager enablement processes.
• Provide hands-on operational support during peak workloads or planned absences.
