About the role
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts in the EMEA region.
- Reach out to prospects through various channels (email, phone, social media) to initiate conversations with direct and partner prospects.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Build relationships with prospects and educate them on the value of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead and prospect information.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours, including participating in "call jacking" sessions.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience with a background in the ERP or Accounts Payable space is an asset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup/scale up environment.
- Experience carrying and exceeding KPI’s and targets.
- A love and desire for engaging with new people.
- Able to work independently and is self-motivated.
- Coachable and growth-orientated.
