About the role

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee MEP activities with architects, civil engineers, and interior designers.
  • Ensure all MEP installations are executed in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.
  • Review design drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for MEP systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Oversee testing, and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
  • Monitor site works and ensure quality control of MEP installations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety codes.
  • Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for timely delivery and execution of MEP systems.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
  • Monitor MEP work progress and help ensure timely completion in line with project milestones.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (or a related discipline)
  • Significant experience delivering MEP packages for marina projects e.g. piers, pontoons (required)
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
  • Familiarity with local authority regulations and approval processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MEP design tools (e.g., Revit, etc.)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
